Minimum Age
The minimum age requirement for residency is 50 years. However, in the case of spouses, one partner may be younger than 50. Under no circumstances is a third person permitted to permanently reside in a residential unit. Residents are strongly encouraged to familiarize themselves with the applicable legislation and the resort’s rules regarding residency to ensure compliance.
Self-Care
Residents are required to be fully independent and self-sufficient. No individual within the resort, including retired medical personnel or the Trustee for Social Affairs, is authorized to provide care or oversee the physical or mental well-being of other residents.
The resort therefore does not provide for the care of frail persons.
Meals
The resort does not offer meal services. Residents are responsible for making their own arrangements with external providers if required .
